Audrey Eckert is a 17 year old High School senior at Lincoln East High School. She plans to attend the University of Nebraska Lincoln, majoring in business communications. Audrey maintains academic excellence, serving as a student ambassador, National Honor Society member, a four-year honor roll student and an AP student holding a 4.0 GPA.
While she loves modeling on runways from Omaha to New York, she is driven by her desire to mentor young girls and help them become strong, confident community leaders. At the age of 12 she created her own mentoring program “Leave Lasting Impressions: Mentor” and has always pursued ways to help mentees succeed.
Audrey is a passionate cheerleader who strives to lead a healthy lifestyle. She is head cheer captain of both her competitive and high school cheer team and has been tumbling since the age of two years old. She loves cheering on the sidelines and competing with her all star cheer team “Lady X”
She loves traveling to exotic places to enjoy adventurous activities such as zip lining, parasailing and bungee jumping. She’s a thrill seeker and the next goal on her bucket list is to rappel off of a skyscraper. Audrey loves spending summers at her grandparent’s ranch riding ATVs, horseback riding, raising Saint Bernards and feeding apples to the Clydesdales.
Becoming Miss Nebraska Teen USA has been a goal of hers since she was a little girl. Audrey is honored to represent her home state of Nebraska and is excited to be a role model for children across the state. She believes all children have the potential to succeed in life and mentoring guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them.
